Governor: oversight, review gates, standards
reviewing an agent's completed work against its charter
Someone you trust probably sent you here
Transformate installs intelligent systems and governed AI workforces inside businesses like yours. We start with the process that hurts the most and prove it in weeks, at a fixed price. When it's live, your team runs it and we stay a call away.

01 · The problems we solve
Every install starts with a process that's quietly eating someone's week. These four come up the most. Turn any card over to see what relief looks like, numbers included.
None of these were technology problems. They were good people carrying work a system should carry. That's what we fix. Numbers come from our published cases and from installs modelled on our production fleet.
02 · Start here
Most people who land on this page were sent by someone who knows us. So the first step isn't a proposal. It's a conversation: leader to leader, in plain language, about where intelligent systems genuinely help your business and where they don't yet.
If you're not ready, we'll say so, and we'll tell you what to do first. That honesty is free and it doesn't expire. Referrals have carried this business from day one. We plan to keep deserving them.
03 · The offer
Advisory opens the door, the install does the heavy lifting, and training makes it yours for good. Start wherever suits you. The ladder works from any rung.
Leader-level conversations on where AI genuinely helps your business. Honest enough to say “not yet”, and clear about what to do first. This is the front door for referrals: trust before transaction, always.
What you get
When it ends
When you have a decision you trust. Light, relationship-led, no meter running.
A governed AI workforce installed inside your business: agents with charters, oversight, memory and accountability, modelled on the fleet we run ourselves. Week one goes straight at your most painful process, so you feel the relief early.
What you get
When it ends
When it's live, documented, and your team runs it. Not before.
We train your people to run and grow the workforce themselves, so you're never dependent on us. The people we train can train others. That multiplication is the point.
What you get
When it ends
It doesn't have to. This is the rung where an ongoing relationship earns its keep, but you'll never need us to keep the lights on.
Every business has an engine room.
04 · The working fleet
This is the part we can't fake. A governed AI workforce runs our own operation every day: agents with written charters, three-tier decision authority, a ledger of every consequential call, and a human owner who signs off where it matters. When we install yours, you get the same discipline, sized to your business.

Nine agents, four tiers of trust. The line under each name is what it's busy with this minute.

Fleet clock
00:00
replayed in seconds; the clock lands on the real duration
The fleet is waiting. Give it something real.
Held for you. This send is significant-tier work. Nothing leaves the building without the owner.
Nothing here sends, spends or deletes on its own authority. Routine work moves. Significant work pauses. Owner-only work waits. That's the whole trick, and it's why owners sleep at night.
While you slept, the fleet worked. This lands before anyone logs in: the day's first calm.
Morning brief · Tuesday 06:30
The fleet's most important output isn't a report. It's a calm morning with two decisions in it instead of forty.

05 · How an install works
15 minutes. We learn what's costing you the most. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
A one-page proposal with a firm price lands within 48 hours of this conversation.
We document the process end to end (every step, every exception, every workaround) and agree exactly what we'll build.
Not a sandbox. Your systems, your data, alongside your team. You see progress daily, and relief lands on your most painful process first.
Your team runs it. Full documentation, real training, and we stay a call away. We stay until it works, and it keeps working after.
06 · The work, measured
Every closed deal meant days of account creation across systems, with the team re-typing what the contract already said. Now the signature starts the machinery, and their people greet the client instead of provisioning them.
Policies arrived as PDFs and left as keystrokes, with a 4.1% error rate and one R200,000 lesson along the way. We built extraction with confidence scoring, validation at the point of capture, and an exception queue for human judgment.
Field results · anonymised
A 400-client book ran on three spreadsheets. It's one dashboard now. 18 days, start to finish.
An intake process that leaked applicants was replaced in three weeks.
A certification system their team now runs themselves. Live in 20 days.
More case files sit under NDA. Ask in the conversation and we'll walk you through the ones that match your world.

07 · From the founder
I spent years watching good businesses pay for change that never arrived. The deck, the workshop, the Phase 2 that never came. Transformate is what I built instead: fixed scope, honest pricing, and something running before we talk about anything else. The fleet you walked through downstairs isn't a demo rig. It's how my own company runs, every day.
I work from Witbank, South Africa, with clients here and abroad. My faith isn't a marketing angle. It's why stewardship is one of our values, and why the work has to serve the people doing it. If that matters to you, you'll feel at home here. If it doesn't, you'll still get a system that works.
Built to keep working — for the people who do the work, and the Kingdom it serves.
08 · Fair questions
Between two and eight weeks, depending on scope. A focused single-process build lands in about two; a multi-system rebuild runs to eight. You'll know the timeline and the price before we start.
No. We build inside your operations and train your team as part of every engagement. Real training, and documentation written in English, not engineering.
You own everything: code, infrastructure, data. Support is included for the weeks after go-live, and beyond that you'll never need a retainer to keep the system alive. Plenty of clients keep walking with us anyway. That's a relationship, not a requirement.
Yes. South Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe so far. Installs run remotely, in your timezone for live sessions, at the same published pricing.
Engagements run between R150K and R800K (≈ $8K–$45K), scoped individually and fixed before we begin. Book a 15-minute conversation and you'll have a one-page proposal with a firm number within 48 hours.
Because it puts us on your side of the table. If something takes longer than we planned, that's ours to carry and your price doesn't move. The only thing we ever charge for is scope you add.
Then we're not done. We stay until it works, at no extra charge. That sentence is the whole business model.
Consultants advise; we build. Both have their place, but every Transformate engagement ends with a working system in your operations, not a recommendation about one.
Quite possibly, and if you can, you should. Zapier, Make and n8n are excellent for simple triggers and clean data, and they'll cost you far less. We're for what they can't hold: exceptions, judgment calls, messy inputs, systems without clean connections. If a simple tool solves it, we'll tell you so and wish you well.
The sweet spot is operations-heavy teams of roughly 30–500 people: enough process to hurt, enough people to feel the relief. Outside that band, the conversation is still free and the answer will still be honest.
We call it intelligent systems: AI where judgment earns its keep (reading messy documents, handling exceptions, deciding what needs a human) and plain, boring code where rules do the job. We use whichever is honest for the problem.
Yes. We're based in Witbank and build for South African operators as well as international clients. Every install is delivered fully remote, so location doesn't change the price or the timeline. The work is the same whether you're down the road or in another time zone. And before you ask: no, load-shedding doesn't take the fleet down. It lives in the cloud, not in our garage.
