No. We build systems that non-technical teams can use and maintain. Full training is included in every engagement, and the docs are written in English, not engineering.
The system runs. You own it completely — code, infrastructure, data. If you need ongoing support we offer packages, but the goal is that you never need us again. We are not building a retainer business.
Yes. We work with clients in South Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. All engagement tiers can be delivered fully remote, in your time zone for live sessions.
Money & terms
Every engagement is scoped and priced individually based on complexity, systems involved, and region. We don't do hourly billing — you get a fixed price before we start. Book a 15-minute call and we'll have a clear proposal in your inbox within 48 hours.
Hourly billing rewards the side that takes longer. Retainers reward staying. Fixed scope lines our incentives up with yours: we want to deliver, hand over, and leave. The faster we do that well, the better it is for both of us.
We don't leave until it does. That's not a tagline — it's how we operate. If the system isn't performing as promised when we hand it over, we keep working until it is. No additional charge. The only thing we charge for is added scope.
Whether we're right for you
Consultants advise. We build. You don't get a strategy document — you get a working system. Fixed scope, fixed timeline, working result. And we leave when it's done.
If your process is simple enough for Zapier, use Zapier. Genuinely — save your money. We handle processes that are too complex, too messy, or too critical for drag-and-drop tools: exceptions, judgment calls, unstructured inputs, multiple systems with no clean API.
Operations-heavy companies — typically 30 to 500 staff — with a clearly broken process and the willingness to move in weeks rather than months. We are not for the curious, the committee-led, or the ones still asking "can technology help us?"
