We collect almost nothing. Here's the almost.
EFFECTIVE 12 JULY 2026 · TRANSFORMATE · WITBANK, SOUTH AFRICA
The short version
We collect the minimum we need to reply to you and to understand whether this site works. We don't sell data, we don't run ad trackers, and we don't put you in a drip sequence. Email hello@transformateai.com and a human answers.
What we collect, and why
Contact form. Name, company (optional), email address, and your message. Used solely to reply to your inquiry. It is delivered to our inbox and is not added to any marketing list.
Booking. Calls are scheduled through our own scheduling system at book.transformateai.com, running on infrastructure we operate. The details you enter there (name, email, chosen slot) land in our calendar and go nowhere else.
Newsletter. If you sign up for the monthly field note, we collect your first name, last name and email address, and deliver the emails through Brevo. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing actually works. We don't use your address for anything else.
Analytics. We use PostHog (EU cloud, eu.posthog.com) for anonymous page-view and interaction analytics, served through a first-party proxy on this domain. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which collect aggregate performance data. None of this is used for advertising. PostHog never associates events with a named identity — the site doesn't tell it who you are, even when you submit a form.
Cookies and local storage
By default, PostHog runs in memory-only mode: it stores nothing in your browser, and each visit is anonymous. If you click “Allow” on the consent notice, PostHog stores a small identifier in local storage so your repeat visits connect; click “No thanks” and it never does. Your choice itself is saved in local storage so we don't nag you on every page, and you can change it right here, any time. There are no third-party advertising cookies. If a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge is active on the contact form, Cloudflare sets what it needs to distinguish humans from bots: Cloudflare's policy covers that.
Where it lives
This site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics data stays in PostHog's EU region. Contact form submissions are delivered to our email. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation (or any engagement that follows) needs it, then it's deleted on request or in periodic cleanups.
Your rights (POPIA & GDPR)
TRANSFORMATE operates from South Africa, so the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) applies; if you're in the EU, the GDPR does too. Either way you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. One email to hello@transformateai.com does it. No form, no portal. If you believe we've mishandled your information, you may lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes, with the date below updated. No silent edits.
