The short version
This page covers your use of transformateai.com: the website. Actual engagements (advisory, installs, training) are governed by the written proposal you sign, which spells out scope, price, timelines and ownership. Nothing on this site replaces that document. If anything here is unclear, email hello@transformateai.com and a human will explain it.
Who we are
TRANSFORMATE is a South African business based in Witbank, Mpumalanga, building intelligent systems for operations-heavy businesses locally and abroad. When this page says “we” or “us”, that's who it means.
What this site is for
The site describes what we do, publishes our field notes, and gives you ways to reach us. The content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Case studies and metrics describe real, anonymised engagements; results depend on scope, systems and the state of the process we walk into, so yours may differ. The fleet demonstrations on this site are simulations modelled on our production fleet, clearly labelled as such, and not a live view of any client's data.
Using the site
Use it like a reasonable person. Don't attempt to break, probe, scrape at abusive rates, or misrepresent the site or its forms. Don't submit content through the contact form that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share. We may block traffic that abuses the site, without notice.
Content and ownership
The writing, design and code of this site belong to us unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to quote the field notes with attribution and a link; you may not republish whole pieces or pass the work off as your own. The Transformate name and wordmark are ours. Systems we build for clients belong to those clients: that ownership is written into every engagement, not this page.
Third-party services
Booking runs through our scheduling system at book.transformateai.com. The newsletter is delivered via Brevo. Analytics run through PostHog (EU). Links to external sites are provided in good faith; we don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do. Details on the data side of all this live in the privacy policy.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it always will be, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited, and nothing here touches the warranties and commitments in a signed engagement, where the real promises live.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction over disputes about the site. If you're a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, nothing here reduces the rights those acts give you.
Changes
If these terms change, this page changes, with the date below updated. No silent edits.
