00 / ABOUT

We don't write strategy. We ship systems.

01 / ORIGIN
Why this exists.

For most of the last decade I worked alongside the consulting industry — first inside it, then opposite it as an operator. I watched dozens of transformation engagements run their full course. I watched almost none of them deliver a working system at the end.

The pattern was always the same. A discovery phase that produced a deck. A workshop that produced a roadmap. A pilot that produced a recommendation. A "Phase 2" that never closed. Six months in, the people on the ground were still doing the same manual work — only now with a strategy document on the shared drive that they were no longer allowed to ignore.

I built TRANSFORMATE to be the opposite of that. Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. A working system at the end of every engagement, or we don't get paid the second half. No discovery theatre. No "Phase 2." No deliverable that isn't the system itself.

The bet is simple: if we can't finish the work in eight weeks, the work was scoped wrong — and that's our problem, not yours.

04/The refusal list

What we won't do.

The brand is built on the work we turn down. Some of it is on the table — most of it isn't. Here's what's off the table.

NO DISCOVERY THEATRE

No eight-week "listening tours" billed by the hour. We scope in days, not quarters — and we scope to build, not to bill.

NO HOURLY BILLING

You get a fixed price before we start. The number on the proposal is the number on the invoice.

NO STRATEGY DECKS

We don't produce slideware. If you need a roadmap, hire a strategy firm — they're good at it.

NO "PHASE 2"

Every engagement has a beginning, an end, and a deployed system at the finish line. Not a Phase 1.

NO WORK WITHOUT A USER

If your team won't use what we build, we won't build it. We'd rather walk away than ship a tool that gathers dust.

NO BUILDS WE CAN'T HAND OVER

If a system can only be maintained by us, we've built the wrong thing. Handover is part of the job — not an extra.

08 / TECHNICAL CREDIBILITY

We don't just build systems. We build the tools that govern them.

TRANSFORMATE is the team behind Arkon — an open-source platform used by operators worldwide to monitor, secure, and govern intelligent systems in production. We built it because we needed it ourselves.

What this means for you: when we build a system inside your business, we bring production-grade discipline. Monitoring. Error handling. Audit trails.

Brynn Bendixen, founder of TRANSFORMATE
Brynn Bendixen
FOUNDER · TRANSFORMATE

I've watched too many businesses pay for transformation they never received.

The consulting industry is built on a model that rewards extension over completion. The longer the engagement, the more revenue. "Phase 2" becomes "Phase 5" becomes "ongoing advisory." Meanwhile, the people inside the organisation — the ones who were promised relief — are still doing the same manual work they were doing before the consultants arrived.

I built TRANSFORMATE because I believe every engagement should ship. Transformation is continuous — but the work we do for you has an end. You have a problem. We fix it. We leave. The system runs.

Every engagement we take is a bet on our reputation. We don't get to hide behind a 200-page report. We ship a working system that either performs or doesn't. There's no ambiguity, and there are no excuses.

That's how it should be.

CASE #08 · B2B SERVICES

We were running a 400-client book out of three spreadsheets, a Slack channel, and someone's memory. Eighteen days later we had a single dashboard the whole team uses. The arguments about who edited what stopped that week.

CASE #11 · NON-PROFIT

Onboarding new programme participants used to mean five hand-off emails and a spreadsheet that broke every quarter. They replaced the whole intake in three weeks. Same-day enrolment, audit trail, no spreadsheet. We didn't realise how much time it was costing us until it stopped.

Programme Director · — anonymised international non-profit
CASE #14 · TRAINING & EDUCATION

Our certification cycle was a Google Sheet pretending to be a system. After 20 days of build, we had a real one — completion tracking, assessment routing, renewal reminders. The first cohort under it finished without a single manual chase.

Director of Learning · — anonymised training organisation
