For most of the last decade I worked alongside the change industry, first inside it and then opposite it as an operator. I watched dozens of transformation engagements run their full course, and I watched good people on the ground wait for help that never quite arrived.
The pattern was always the same. A discovery phase that produced a deck. A workshop that produced a roadmap. A pilot that produced a recommendation. A "Phase 2" that never closed. Six months in, the people doing the work were still carrying it by hand, only now with a strategy document on the shared drive.
I built Transformate for those people. Fixed scope. Fixed price. Something running at the end of every engagement, built inside your operations alongside your team, so it's theirs from day one. The only deliverable we believe in is the system itself.
Every engagement is a bet on our reputation, and we like it that way. A working system either performs or it doesn't. There's no ambiguity to hide in, and we wouldn't want any. If it isn't working yet, we're not done yet. We stay until it works.
And if we can't finish the work in eight weeks, the work was scoped wrong. That's ours to carry, not yours. I run this from Witbank, South Africa, and every system we hand over is built to keep working long after our part is done.

I'm Brynn. I build systems that keep working.
I spent years watching good businesses pay for change that never arrived. The deck, the workshop, the Phase 2 that never came.
